Subscription privacy

We store your email address, subscribed IP, verification and expiry dates, notification state and a baseline for detecting new observations. We use this only for verification and the requested alert. Our configured email delivery provider processes those messages.

Unverified registrations expire after 24 hours. Active subscriptions expire after 90 days. Completed subscriptions are deleted within seven days; unsubscribing deletes the subscription and queued mail. Delivery retries can delay messages. Protected backup copies, if made, follow their separate retention schedule.

Abuse controls keep keyed hashes of email and connection addresses for up to 48 hours. Subscription URLs contain secret tokens: do not share them. Subscription request bodies and tokens are excluded from this service's access logs.

IP subscriptions do not verify device ownership. We do not add your email address to the public lookup dataset.
